As an early student of Kundalini Yoga, I and many others believed that if we practiced the kriyas and meditations, we would become enlightened.

Years later, we would ask: *Am I enlightened yet?*

We were taught activation techniques, but not how to allow our subtle feminine essence to reveal itself.

Our practice focused on active doing, but did not include the awakening of feminine being.

Over years of daily practice, I discovered what was missing in my practice.

That is what I will share with you.

In This 3-Day Challenge, You Will Learn the Basics of How To:

  • Awaken to an inner reality of peace, power, and contentment.
  • Develop faculties, skills, and levels of sensitive feeling and consciousness.
  • Learn how to pay attention, and what to pay attention to.
  • Design your self-initiation practice and monitor your progress.
  • Cultivate and enjoy Self and Divine Intimacy.

Together, your Heart, Neutral Mind, and Body lead your way

How the Challenge Works

Day 1

This recorded session will contain the kriya for the whole challenge.

Day 2

Start your day with doing kriya to deepen your self-initiation experience of feminine awakening and self-love. In the 2nd recorded session we will talk about the theme, and go deeper.

Day 3

Start your day with doing kriya to deepen your self-initiation experience of feminine awakening and self-love. In the 3d recorded session we continue to deepen this practice together.

Each day, includes a lecture, the practice together, sharing, and Q&A.

Your Guide: Guru Rattana, PhD

  • Guru Rattana is the soul architect for building heart-centered consciousness for this new era.

She guides women and men to tap into themselves in a new way - and for so many, that shift has been a genuine turning point in their lives.

She is the real deal. Her message of calm, uplifting truth speaks to women everywhere, because she doesn't speak at you - she speaks to you, the way a sister who has walked the road ahead of you would.

She spoke and taught about women's inner empowerment long before it became a trend. She forged a path for women to claim their own sovereignty, long before there was language for it. She lives in the dimension where discovery leads the way, and she needs no embellishment. She is simply the real thing.

  • A Life of Teaching

Guru Rattana, PhD, is a prolific author, teacher, and teacher of teachers, with a huge worldwide following for her 12 books on Kundalini Yoga and meditation. Her clarity and her warmth come from a place that's rare to find: over 47 years of daily practice, lived and felt, not just studied.

Over the years, she has gone deeper into the essence of the Yoga of Awareness. Attuned to the subtler layers of the technology, she teaches her students how to pay attention, focus, listen, and feel - so they can consciously receive the full physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual benefit of the practice. You'll find much more of this approach in her book, *The Inner Art of Kundalini Yoga*.

Her workshops sit on a level beyond what is taught elsewhere.

  • Her Contribution to Women's Empowerment

Guru Rattana's teachings have made a major contribution to the self-empowerment of women - inclusive and respectful of human emotion, the Divine Mother, and Mother Earth. She weaves the feminine, nurturing polarity into a spiritual path that is real and livable, not abstract.

She has always wanted every woman she meets to find her way home to her own heart, so that together, women everywhere can build a more peaceful, heart-centered world. This challenge, and the year-long journey it opens into, is built on her groundbreaking book, *The Gift of Womanhood*.

  • Her Reach

She has written more than 400 Guru Rattana Blogs, weaving together spiritual awakening, astrology, and Kundalini Yoga. Her Guru Rattana Online streaming videos have carried Kundalini Yoga to places with no teachers of their own - reaching women in some of the most far-flung corners of the globe, so that no one is left without a hand to hold on this path.

  • Her Academic Path

Guru Rattana earned her Doctorate in Political Science from the Graduate Institute of International Studies at the University of Geneva, and her Master's degree from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, in Washington, DC, and Bologna, Italy.

Her academic career has included teaching International Environment and Development Studies at Dartmouth College, MIT, and New Hampshire College, and Philosophies of Life and History at the U.S. International University in San Diego. She has also taught at the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology in Palo Alto, California, and at Stanford University.

Guru Rattana now lives, writes, and teaches her Zoom workshops from her home in San Diego, California - still reachable, still teaching, still walking beside every woman who finds her way to her.

What Women Who've Walked With Her Say:

  • Heartfelt greetings, Satnam, thank you so much. This was an amazing session - you're teaching us something really important, it's like an empowerment. In the beginning, when you talked about feelings, I was amazed at myself at how much confusion I had about feeling versus thinking versus emotions. As a little girl I learned to just feel - mostly related to extreme pain or extreme elation, no clear sense of feelings in between. Now, going deep inside myself, I see there's a whole lot in the middle that I just didn't know was there.

  • To see this confusion clearly today was really important - it felt so real, on another level. I think relaxation has a direct relationship to the experience of feeling - that was a real gift, something I felt in my body, not just thought. Allowing that deeper feeling to come up, I just want to thank you for that. I loved it, and it was great. Now I understand that feeling is so much more about what's inside.

  • What really came forward for me across these days was my deeper connection with the neutral mind. I can definitely be reactive, and I feel like every one of these classes lets me drop even deeper into the practice - whatever happens, meet it with the neutral mind. That place of stability has become an anchoring, a place of safety inside me. Because I've practiced this so much, when things around me are chaotic I naturally feel that centeredness, that sense of security. I even brought it into my workday - instead of trying to fix everything, I just met it with my neutral mind, present with it, not forcing anything. It comes into balance on its own. It's funny, it really mirrors the body work I learned from my teacher, Dr. Fritz Smith - this practice keeps showing up in other areas of my life in a way that just makes sense.

  • One session in particular felt like a real awakening in my relationship with my third eye - when you said "look with your third eye," it just blinked with the awareness of neutrality. I got so excited, like I'd found a new superpower. I also didn't realize how important the hands are - with them above the head I could feel my crown, and feel the energy rise or descend depending on how I held them.

  • Understanding how to use the mudras to support that flow was a real, new experience. I felt a clearing at my heart, like waters washing the windows of my heart space, letting me feel the vibration of love in a new, neutral way - so supported and embodied, something I can tap into whenever I need it. I even used it with my son when he was acting out - watching my language and my tone so I could be a teacher for him rather than being reactive. This is such practical, beautiful stuff. I feel so blessed to have been here for it.

  • I can experience peace if I surrender my organizing mind chatter - self-love brought me to a good night's sleep after one of these sessions. The practice itself wasn't always easy: my biggest difficulty was keeping my eyes at the tip of my nose without moving them, which felt exhausting more than painful, and the deeper I went into that subtle experience, the more my thoughts wanted to spin a whole story.

  • But something shifted by the end. I'd tried to learn the pineal gland kriya years before and never understood it - I'd just sit there feeling silence, silence, and more silence, nothing else. Until now. I'm thankful I got to experience some of this in person and some through the digital medium - the practice is a process, and in it we sometimes forget. So thank you so much for this.

What others say about teaching of Guru Rattana:

  • Thank you so much, Guru Ratana. I'd like to share two things. I had a very deep night's sleep after the first session, as if my subconscious entered a world of harmony - I do not often feel harmonious, there are usually all these thoughts and feelings in my system. It was a lovely way of waking up, even a bit groggy. And then, just now, after the hand mudras, there was not exactly peace but a kind of calm joy. The small, wild child inside me sat into my heart and was calm and still playful. It's very precious to experience that calmness and joy.

Teresa Param Simran
  • Each time we do these exercises, especially starting with the spiraling and feeling that energy inside my body, I feel the earth so strongly - as if it comes from the center of the earth and moves up through me. It's beautiful to feel that; I've never heard anyone else in Kundalini Yoga describe it that way.

  • As the days went on and we repeated the practice again and again, I felt more and more into its benefits. One night I had this feeling as if my skin got thicker - I felt more safe inside, but it didn't block me from the outside. That thickness actually made the flow and communication with what's around me more fluent. It was amazing to feel more strong and safe in my body, and at the same time more connected with everything around me. I can still feel it - it's so good.

  • I want to share that during the practice I felt my father was in the room with me. It usually frightens me because he died when I was young, and it was a very heavy, sad period of my life - I get afraid of this feeling of his presence. Now, with the discoveries in you, I realize this is a pain that is tensing me up, and by surrounding it with love and holding it in love, I could feel the pain once more. Thank you for this. I still need a lot of rounds, I guess, even though it's been decades.
