About the Author

Guru Rattana began practicing Kundalini Yoga as a young woman, guided by a simple directive from her soul: keep practicing, everything will work out. She never questioned it, and to this day, she has never missed a day of sadhana by choice.


Years into teaching, she realized this path, like most spiritual paths, was built for men by men. That realization became this book, her turning point from teacher to woman on a mission: to bring the feminine back into the practice, and through it, back into the world.


Now 82, with over fifty years of daily practice behind her, she is still teaching, still writing, still devoted to this mission. Few people realize how much wisdom and lived experience stand behind these words.

❤️ My most powerful moment came when I did the practice kriya & meditation for Module Six: BE Mother Love.
