Most of us never really think about our voice. We just speak.

The voice we use is the voice we inherited - from our upbringing, from our patterns, from the tension we have carried for years. It speaks the way it has always spoken.

And still, something in us senses there is more here. Our expression does not always match the intention behind it. We mean to be calm, and something tense comes out. We mean to be open, and something distant comes out. We mean to be heard, and the words land sideways.

The way we speak, and the way we listen - quietly shapes how we meet life.

Your voice is not only a sound. It is the expression of your vibration.

Everything you carry - your state, your breath, your emotion, your awareness  - is broadcast in the way you speak. And the universe, being what it is, returns to you what you broadcast. This is not a metaphor. It is the simple physics of being alive.

When you learn to listen, breathe, resonate and speak with awareness, your voice becomes something more than a tool of communication. It becomes a path of healing, of devotion, of creation, of truth.

Sacred Sound is not about singing better or chanting correctly.

It is about learning to listen more deeply and allowing your voice to carry who you actually are.

Hansu Jot is a Kundalini Yoga Teacher Trainer, Zero-Point Healer and devotional music artist. He has spent his life inside the sacred sound tradition  - chanting from childhood through his Taiwanese mother's Buddhist practice, then deepening into Kundalini Yoga and Naad Yoga as a young adult.

He teaches across Europe, the United States, China, Russia, the Middle East and Latin America, and is co-founder of the ASHA international trainings. He has released three sacred chant albums with the band Tera Naam, and three solo records: To The Stars And Back, I AM I AM: The Movement, and Unto Infinity.

What sets his teaching apart is not what he knows. It is how he teaches. He does not work from dogma. He works from a single, repeated question:

How does it actually make you feel?

He moves quickly from cosmic principle to embodied mechanism to lived experience from "sound creates reality" to "this is your diaphragm, this is how your breath becomes a word." In his rooms, the spiritual becomes practical, and the practical stays sacred.

Hansu Jot has been teaching elements of this work for more than a decade: in weekend immersions, in retreats, inside Kundalini Yoga teacher trainings, on stages and in temples around the world.

Sacred Sound is the first time he is opening the full arc as a single, sustained journey.

The reason is simple. What can be touched in a weekend can be opened in a year. What can be glimpsed in an immersion can be lived in twelve months. After years of teaching pieces of this work to people on four continents, he has come to one quiet conviction: the voice, and what moves through it, needs time to become real.

Sacred Sound is that container.

Sacred Sound stands inside an ancient lineage

The teaching of mantra and Naad - the yoga of sound - has been passed for centuries through the Sikh devotional chant tradition, through Gurmukhi and Gurbani. It came to the West through the Kundalini Yoga tradition shared by Yogi Bhajan from 1969 onwards, and through generations of teachers who have carried it since.

Hansu Jot received his first chanting through his Taiwanese mother's Buddhist practice as a child. As a young adult, he delved into Kundalini Yoga and Naad Yoga, completing his teacher training in 2012. Today, he is a Kundalini Yoga Teacher Trainer and part of Sacred Sound training teams in Europe, the United States, Russia, China and the Middle East.

This training is offered with gratitude to that lineage - to the teachers, the tradition, and the long line of voices that carry it forward

“I had no idea how much my voice was being held back by my breath. The first time my diaphragm really moved, my whole chest opened. Words came out differently after that.”
Sofia Ricci
“Mantra finally started to feel like something living, not something I was performing. I cannot fully explain it — it is now part of how I begin my day.”
Marcus Evans
“After six months, the way I spoke with my partner just changed. I started actually hearing him before I responded. The work moves into your life faster than you expect.”

The first movement:

Groundwork

From September through February, we go inside. We learn to listen. We refine the breath, the diaphragm, the navel. We meet the word, the mantra, the glandular system. We discover rhythm as the structure of expression, and we let emotion become offering. This is the patient work of refining the instrument body work, breath work, and inner work - done together, every week, in small precise steps.

The second movemen:

Integration

From March through August, we go outward. We take what we have built and apply it to the actual fabric of life. To the way you speak with your partner. To the way you lead in your work. To the way you create. To the way you respond to your body. To the way you guide a room. This is where Sacred Sound stops being a training and begins being a life.

Movement One: Groundwork

Chapter 1: Listening, and the universal laws of creation

September 2026

Before we speak, we listen. Before we listen, we remember that we are not victims of reality - we are participants in it, broadcasting through awareness every moment. In this opening month, we explore the universal laws that govern creation, and we begin the practice of deep listening. Most people let sound pass by. In Sacred Sound, listening becomes the doorway to everything that follows.

Chapter 2: Breath and body: the diaphragm, the navel, the posture

October 2026

Even experienced yogis often do not breathe effectively in daily life. The voice is built on breath, and breath is built on the diaphragm, the navel, and the posture that holds them. This chapter is the anatomical foundation of expression. Without it, the word never carries its full weight. With it, even a single syllable can move a room.

Chapter 3: Expression - from vibration to voice

November 2026

Your voice is the extension of your vibration. Whatever frequency you carry, you broadcast. Whatever you broadcast, you eventually receive. In this chapter, you move from unconscious speaking to intentional expression and you learn how the frequency you live in shapes the life that comes back to meet you.

Chapter 4: The word - pronunciation, mantra and the glandular system

December 2026

Mantra is more than repetition. Just saying the words is perhaps thirty per cent of mantra. The rest is in the energy, the pronunciation, and the activation of the glandular system. Gurmukhi is a language designed to bypass the mind and transfer experience directly through the mouth, the palate, the face. In this chapter, we explore how the word itself becomes a living current.

Chapter 5: Rhythm - the structure of expression

January 2027

Rhythm is the structure that holds the word. It is how thought becomes form. Learn to listen to rhythm and you learn to digest life itself - slow, fast, calm, intense. Learn to speak in rhythm and you become someone who can guide a space, rather than someone who only reacts inside it.

Chapter 6: Emotion and devotion: when feeling becomes offering

February 2027

Whatever you feel wants to be expressed. When emotion moves through breath and mantra, it transforms. This is what we call devotion  - not religious feeling, but the moment emotion becomes offering. In this month, we explore how to make emotion intentional, how to let it move through sound, and how this becomes one of the most direct paths of healing we have.

Movement Two: Integration

Chapter 7: Relationships: listening, responding, being heard

March 2027

Now we take the work into the room where most of us first learned to speak - the room of close relationships. In this chapter, we practice deep listening with partners, family, colleagues and friends. We work with the gap between what we intend to say and how it lands. We learn to respond to what was actually transmitted, instead of to what we projected onto it.

Chapter 8: Work and prosperity - leadership through breath, voice and rhythm

April 2027

Your work asks something of your voice every day. In this chapter, we apply the practice to the way you lead, meet, present, sell, negotiate and decide. Leadership becomes very concrete: a question of pace, of breath, of rhythm, of the intention you carry into a room. Prosperity is not a separate domain  -  it is the practical reflection of how you communicate, daily.

Chapter 9: Creativity - your voice as a path of expression

May 2027

In this chapter, we open the field of creative expression. Whether you write, perform, teach, paint, build or design, your voice is the instrument that gives shape to what wants to come through you. We explore how breath, rhythm and devotion sit inside creative practic -  how to become an artist of life, regardless of the medium.

Chapter 10: Health - listening to the body, responding in sound

June 2027

If we do not deal with our emotions and our breath, the body eventually carries them. In this chapter, we work with health and well-being from the inside out, using listening, breath, posture and sound as tools to keep emotion in flow and the body in honest conversation with itself.

Chapter 11: Leadership - guiding a room with intention, pace and presence

July 2027

Leadership in this work is not a title. It is a sound. In this chapter, we explore what it means to guide a space, a class, a meeting, a ceremony, a conversation through your own breath and voice. You learn to set a rhythm rather than follow one, and to relate from a place that does not need to dominate or shrink.

Chapter 12: Living it - Sacred Sound in everyday life

August 2027

The final chapter is integration of integration. We gather what the year has built. We look at how the practice has settled into your daily life into how you wake, how you speak, how you create, how you rest. We close the container with intention, and you walk out with a way of listening and expressing that is now yours.

A monthly masterclass

Each month opens with a recorded masterclass from Hansu Jot -  the teaching, the technique, the deeper context. You can return to it as often as you like.

Two live sessions per month

Twice a month, we gather live, online, with Hansu Jot - for reflection, group practice, breakout pairs, and direct feedback. This is where the teaching becomes alive. Communication is fluid, and only fluid presence can teach it.

A monthly practice

Alongside the masterclass you receive a small set of exercises to apply immediately in daily life - to the breath, to the voice, to your conversations, to your work. The practice is small enough to actually do.

A held community

Between sessions, the journey continues in a private space, where the group walks together - sharing experiences, asking questions, practicing in body groups. The atmosphere is intimate, considered, and held.

What makes Sacred Sound different

Sacred Sound is not a sound healing certification. It is not a performance training. It is not a single weekend immersion or a short course.

It is one sustained twelve-month relationship with the work, taught by a teacher who has lived inside Naad Yoga and Kundalini chant for more than a decade.

Most sound trainings teach you to use sound on others. Sacred Sound teaches you to live inside it yourself. The voice you refine is your own. The instrument you tune is your own body. The mantra you learn is the one that begins to carry you.

That is the difference.

What this is not

Sacred Sound is not a quick unlock of your voice.

It is not a promise that you will instantly heal trauma, become magnetic, manifest everything you want, or fix your relationships.

It is not a sound healing certification, and it is not a performance training.

It is a year of refinement. Patient, precise, embodied. What you receive is not a transformation handed to you. What you receive is the practice, and the way of listening, through which transformation becomes possible.

Who this journey is for

  • People who already sense that their voice carries more than words, and want to explore what that means in the body
  • Kundalini Yoga and meditation teachers who want to deepen their relationship with mantra, breath and the spoken word.
  • Mantra practitioners, chanters and musicians who want to bring more consciousness, and more anatomy, into their sound.
  •  Coaches, healers, therapists and leaders whose work depends on the way they listen and the way they speak.
  • People in any creative practice - writing, performing, teaching, holding space - who want their expression to align with their intention.
  • Anyone who reads the words above and feels a quiet "yes" inside, even without fully knowing why.
Emily Clark
“I came to Sacred Sound after eight years of teaching Kundalini Yoga. I thought I knew this material. Within the first month I realised I had been teaching from a voice that had never really been mine. Hansu Jot does not give you techniques. He gives you back your own ear.”
Chloé Bernard
“What surprised me most was how practical it is. I work as a coach. Within a few months I noticed that my clients began to slow down when I spoke  -  not because of what I was saying, but because of how I was breathing while saying it. This work has changed the way I work.”
Tariq Al-Maktoum
“I was sceptical of anything described as ‘sacred.’ What I found instead was a precise, patient, almost anatomical training in how to use the voice well. The devotion arrived later, on its own, when I started to actually feel what was happening in my body. I would do this year again.”

A first-step assurance

If, after attending your first live session, you sense Sacred Sound is not the right journey for you, write to us within 14 days and we will release you with a full refund. No questions, no friction.

Do I need to be able to sing?

No. Sacred Sound is not a singing training. It is a training in voice, breath, resonance and listening. Singing is one expression of the voice, but the work is about the relationship you have with sound itself, not about performance.

Do I need prior Kundalini Yoga

or Naad Yoga experience?

No prior experience is required. Some participants come from deep yoga backgrounds, others arrive entirely new. Hansu Jot teaches from the foundation up. What matters most is your willingness to listen.

What if I don't speak

Gurmukhi or Sanskrit?

That is perfectly fine. You will learn the pronunciation as part of the practice, slowly and with care. The mantra work is taught experientially, through the mouth, the breath and the glandular system, not through linguistic study.

What if I cannot attend

a live session?

All live sessions are recorded and shared with the group. The community space stays active throughout the month, so you can share your reflection and receive responses even if you missed the call live.

Is there a payment plan?

Yes. Monthly payment plans are available for both early-bird and regular enrolment. You can choose your option at checkout, or write to us if you need something specific.

How much time per week

should I expect to practice?

Plan for roughly two to three hours per week, plus the live sessions. The practice is built to fit inside daily life, short, precise, repeatable, rather than to demand long retreat-style sessions.

Will the recordings stay available after the training ends?

Yes. You keep lifetime access to the recorded masterclasses and the live session recordings, so the work can continue to mature in your own time.

If something in you became quiet when you read this - that is the part of you that already knows.

Sacred Sound is an invitation to walk with that part of you for a year.

To learn to listen to it. To let your voice carry it. To let your life begin to sound a little more like who you actually are.

If the invitation lands, you are warmly welcome.
