Sat naam, As the year draws an end, I would like to invite you to go with me on a 7-day Spiritual Power Challenge. This power challenge we have done for many years to assist our community to take the time to come back to themselves, to connect to their spirit, their inner wisdom, their heart, their longings, but also to tap into their true power, the neutral power, the power of the Kundalini.

And it is 7 days of spiritual power challenge. I will guide you through three live sessions and, we will support each other yogis around the globe to do this seven days of any practice within the program that you wish to choose.

It will give you the rest, it will give you the silence, it will give you the reconnection that you need to prepare yourself, to restore yourself, to gain clarity for what you want to do for 2026.

HOW DOES THE CHALLENGE WORK?

Join the challenge in the Kundalini Yoga Club. Access details arrive instantly via email.
Start your journey immediately! A preparatory yoga set is ready for you to ease into the energy and feel the first shift right away.
From December 22th to 28th, unlock 7days of transformation. Practise online, anytime, at your pace – even as a beginner.
Each session blends spiritual wisdom, yoga, and meditation to elevate your energy, release stress, and reconnect with yourself. In 7 days, you’ll feel lighter, clearer, and more alive.
The challenge is supported by three live sessions (Monday, December 22nd at 20:00 CET , Wednesday December 24th at 20:00 CET and Sunday, December 28th at 20:00 CET).
Share your progress each day in the challenge board (Day 1, Day 2, etc.) and feel the power of group support as you grow and transform together.
You will receive an email reminder each day.
Busy schedule? Start with just 30 minutes/day – quick yet powerful practices designed for even the busiest lives.
You can choose your own level:

Option 1: 7 days a mild level: a combination of breathing, yoga and meditation (30 min - perfect for beginners)

Option 2: 7 days a decent level of pranayama, yoga including the “Kriya for Total embodiment” and meditations.

Option 3: 7 days of a 2.5-hour Aquarian Sadhana. Includes the “Kriya for Total embodiment.”

All options are clearly explained in the challenge environment.
