And the best part? It only takes about 22-25 minutes to feel completely refreshed, even if you’re just doing the minimum amount of time for each exercise.

Here’s how it works:
- Beginners: Start with the minimum times suggested for each exercise.
- Intermediate Level: Practice exercises 1 through 4 for five minutes each.
- Advanced Level: Practice exercises 1 through 4 for ten minutes each.
For all exercises, close your eyes and gently press them upwards, focusing on the point where your eyebrows meet (the Brow Point). This kriya (a series of yoga techniques) is also a great way to get ready for more intense Kundalini Yoga sessions.
