Standing at the Threshold of Zero

Saturn and Neptune meet only once every 36 years. The last time they met was Oct 28,  1989  at 9 degrees Capricorn. A basic theme of that Capricorn era was  globalization . And from my observation, the consolidation of economic and political power of the ‘greed machine’ that benefited the elite, further impoverished much of the global population, created more homelessness, and wasted more money on wars and destruction.     

This new cycle is special because it occurs at  0° Aries, the threshold moment of the  360 degree  zodiac.   

This is the moment that we can take advantage of our life experience so far and create something very new.  

We can participate in the creative process, but we cannot control or predict what will happen.   

We are immersed in an energy of potential before  form . This is why we cannot get accurate information from ‘the news’ that will continue to tell its stories to promote its own interests – greed, control, and domination.   

Nothing outside us is going to make us feel secure anyway. We are in the midst of a cosmic flux. The best we can do (and that is a lot) is to witness the moment we are in, stay tuned, and be receptive to hints and direction from the Universe.  

As we step out of the old, cross the threshold, and enter the new era, we can be present to the shifting sands. We can attentively breathe through whatever we are feeling, not trying to explain or control whatever it may be. We can allow ourselves to release what is slipping away. We can be in a receptive space to allow what is emerging to be present, supportive, and loving.   

We cross the threshold of a fleeting moment only once. We don’t want to miss it. We don’t try to change anything. Can we simply be awake and receptive to what graces our awareness? Can we refrain from interpretations, judgments, and analysis? Can we witness without our old filters, prejudices, beliefs, and stories?   

At the collective level, a larger cycle is seeding new themes at a global and archetypal level.  

Our personal narrative is being  updated  so the story we’ve been living by is released and reflects who we are today and our new vision of ourselves and our lives.  

Zero degrees Aries invites us to enjoy taking an energetic bath in the frequency of new beginnings, walk through a different door, let the hooks of the past fade into the sunset, and activate the reset button.  

When Neptune crosses Zero, the old story ends . The existing direction collapses, and something entirely new begins.  

This is a transformational moment because of its Zero quality. Zero is a reference point. It is not  nothing . It is a moment  where   change  occurs. It is when a previous cycle comes to  completion  and a new one begins. Zero indicates the moment when we change how we operate, alter our frame of reference, and emerge out of one paradigm into another.   

Zero initiates. Zero ends and begins at the same time. Zero is the anchor point for a new direction, new ideas, new behavior, and a new life. Old rules stop applying.  

It is impossible to predict what will emerge because  Zero  is  unmanifested  potential. Zero is the origin point of the zodiac. But guaranteed -- something will emerge.   

0° Aries sparks a new fire and sets something new into motion. A new vision will take  shape  and something very original will come into existence.   

A birthing  is happening when Neptune and Saturn come together. Saturn energy (and dedicated action) turns the intangible into tangible reality. For example, the creation of physical infrastructure made the transmission of electricity possible, which transformed the world. Same with television,  the telephone , and  the  internet . Something of this magnitude is happening now.  

The ramifications will take time to become concrete because Saturn’s implementation in physical reality takes time. But something is being  ignited .  

What we can do now is consciously  align and still ourselves at the Zero moment  - the time of the exact conjunction  and the next few days . Be in our neutral mind.   

Without distraction, with full awareness, with compassion and love, we can open a new chapter to our life.   

Our goal now can be to take the time and space to make this transition consciously with heart and soul.  

Something needs to (and is) breaking free.  

The slate of the past is being wiped clean.  

We see what we didn't see before. We move from illusion to reality.  

We will find a deeper connection to what is true, real, and authentic in ourselves.   

We come back to our essence and find autonomy so we can be true to ourselves.  

We are being asked -- Who am I? Why am I here?  

We will build what is real and what we value.  

A few days  ago  I noticed that my attitude changed on a karmic story that I had been aware of for over twenty years. I just accepted it the way it is. I let go of any attachment to try to change it or ‘make things better.’ I feel so free and un-engaged.
