Before I started this practice, I didn’t realise how much tension I was holding. Sitting for hours, hunched over textbooks, had become my default posture. My lower back ached, my shoulders were stiff, and I carried a subtle but constant mental fog.

But after just a few rounds of hip rotations and standing toe touches, I felt lighter. The stagnant energy from hours of sitting began to flow again. My back, which had felt locked in stiffness, finally started to loosen.

Even in the busiest days, these short moments of movement felt like pressing pause—giving me space to breathe, reset, and refocus.

For the first time in a long while, I wasn’t just moving from  one task to another —I was  fully present . Afterward, I wasn’t just studying—I was  clearer, calmer, and ready to take on whatever came next .
