    Welcome to our Basic Kriya for Back Care! This routine combines some unique moves with familiar ones to get your spine moving and ease tension in your shoulders and lower back. We’ll kick things off with some gentle warm-ups to stretch your back and legs and build up your core strength.

PERSONAL EXPERIENCE:  

 As a medical student, my back faces a lot of strain because I have to sit in classes for hours at a stretch and stand for hours during my clinical rotations, leading to stress and strain in my back. I tried this basic kriya for back care for the past one week, and my back thanks me every day. I prefer doing this basic kriya for back care in the evening once I return to my room after a long, tiring day.

Regular practice of the Basic Kriya for back care leads to a healthier, more flexible spine, reduced tension, and a more balanced mind and body. It improved spinal flexibility and strength: regular practice helped to  enhance the flexibility and strength of the spine, promoting better posture and overall spinal health. It strengthens core muscles: the warm-up exercises included in the basic kriya for back care helped to build core strength, which is essential for supporting the back and maintaining good posture.
