  KRIYA FOR SUBTLE BODY

  • TIMING : 10 - 16 minutes
  • LEVEL : Beginner level

The Subtle Body Kriya is a transformative Kundalini Yoga practice that amplifies your inner radiance and strengthens the arc line—your energetic halo. By synchronizing rhythmic movements with the powerful chant of "Har," this kriya ignites your internal energy, making you irresistibly magnetic to opportunities and positivity. Begin with just 11 minutes, gradually extending to 22 or 33 minutes as you build strength. With each practice, your aura sharpens, aligning you more deeply with the flow of the universe and empowering you to move through life with grace and ease.

Understanding the Sciatic Nerve

PERSONAL EXPERIENCE:-

As a medical student, life is often a whirlwind of lectures, clinical rotations, and endless studying. Balancing the intense demands of med school with personal well-being can feel impossible at times. I had always heard about the benefits of meditation and yoga but never truly believed that something so simple could make a significant difference in my life—until I tried the Subtle Body Kriya.

Skeptical but curious, I decided to give it a shot.

The first time I sat down to practice, I didn’t know what to expect. The instructions were straightforward: sit in Easy Pose, move my arms in an arc overhead, and chant "Har" to the rhythm of a Tantric Har CD. It sounded simple, but as I synchronized my movements with the chanting, something shifted inside me. I could feel a surge of energy radiating from my navel point and diaphragm, travelling outward and enveloping me in a warm, glowing light. That night, I slept more peacefully than I had in weeks. By the end of the week, I noticed significant changes.

My scattered thoughts aligned, and I approached med school challenges with newfound grace and confidence. My interactions became more positive, and I felt like a magnet for opportunities and positivity. Normally, I would have been a bundle of nerves, second-guessing myself with everything that came ahead of my day. But that day was different. I approached the day with a calm, centered mind and a sense of inner clarity that I hadn’t experienced before. It was as if the kriya had aligned me with the flow of the universe, and everything just clicked into place.

After just one week of practicing the Subtle Body Kriya, I felt brighter, more centered, and empowered in a way I never thought possible. The arc line, the energetic halo that the kriya strengthens, became my shield and my guide. It wasn’t just about surviving med school anymore; it was about thriving, growing, and embracing the opportunities that came my way. The Subtle Body Kriya didn’t just change my week—it changed my perspective on life. I realized that no matter how chaotic things get, I have the power within me to stay grounded, radiant, and aligned with the universe. And that’s something I’ll carry with me long after med school is over.
