PERSONAL EXPERIENCE:

As a med student, my life is a whirlwind—non stop studying, with barely a moment to catch my breath. I was constantly riding a rollercoaster of emotions, flipping between anxiety and exhaustion. And as if that wasn’t enough, my menstrual cycle was a nightmare—painful, draining, and left me feeling perpetually irritated. I knew something had to change, so I decided to give the Kriya for the Pituitary Gland a shot.

I wasn’t sure I could stick to a routine, but the moment I started, I felt a shift. The lunges and deep breathing were like an instant release valve, and the Breath of Fire? It was like plugging into a power source I didn’t know I had. My mind felt clear, my focus sharpened, and I could tackle my studies with newfound clarity.

The rest positions were where the magic really happened. When I lowered my forehead to the floor during the Lunge Stretch Rest, it was as if all the tension dissolved. It was one of those rare moments where everything just clicked into place, a deep and soothing calm that I hadn’t felt in ages. And by the time I finished with Full Flower Bowing and Yoga Mudra, I felt completely aligned—body, mind, and spirit.

But it wasn’t just my mood that shifted. The mood swings that used to take me on a wild ride have levelled out, leaving me feeling more stable and centered. The painful, exhausting menstrual cycles that used to drain me are now so much more manageable. I feel energized, in control, and ready to face whatever med school throws my way. This kriya has become my sanctuary- a quick but powerful reset that keeps me grounded amidst the chaos.
