Technical Questions
I did not receive any login information.
If you have had an account before (e.g. because of a challenge) your details will not be sent again. If you don't remember your password, click on 'Forgot password' under the login button.
If you have not had an account before, the data may have ended up in spam/junk/advertising. So check carefully to make sure they didn't end up there. Are they not there either? Then contact us at contact@kundaliniyogaclub.nl or fill out the form at the bottom of the page.
I did not receive a verification code.
You receive this code from noreply@huddle-authorizer.com. It does not always arrive in your inbox. Check your spam/junk/advertising folders. Did you not receive anything? Or has your verification expired? Please contact us via the form at the bottom of the page.
I cannot log in.
If you see additional input fields, name and last name, at the login screen, you are not at the login screen. You are at the account creation screen. Since at the conclusion of your membership this happens automatically, so you have to go one step further. Under the 'Create Account' button you will see the option 'Already a user? Login'. Click on that and you will be taken to the screen to log in.
I logged in, but I don't have access.
If you are logged in, but you do not have access, please check that you are logged in with the credentials that you closed your membership on. If you logged in with Facebook and your Facebook account is on a different email address, you do not have access. The access is only on the email address you used to log in. Still don't see anything? I want to cancel my subscription.
It can happen that you want to cancel your subscription. Send a message to contact@kundaliniyogaclub.nl and we will send you a confirmation when your subscription has been cancelled. You can also fill out the form at the bottom of the page.
Can I also login with Facebook?
You can. But please note that if you have signed up for a product with a different email address than the one your Facebook account is associated with, you will not be able to access it. If you want to change your email address, go to your profile (click on your picture at the top), click on 'Edit profile' and then on 'Account'. There you can edit your data.
When I edit my data, I get the message that the user already exists. How is this possible?
If you get this message, it means that there are two (or more) accounts of yours in our system. For example, because you also logged in with Facebook. Please contact contact@kundaliniyogaclub.nl to report this and we can remove the accounts that are not in use for you.
How do I get the app on my mobile/tablet?
- Go to the app store and search for 'Huddle'
- Download the app called 'Huddle Community & e-learning'
- Once downloaded, click on OPEN
- You will see a screen to log in.
- Type in the credentials you normally log in with here and click log in.
- You will now see a screen with Huddle's you are a member of. In this case the Kundalini Yoga Club. This one you click to open.
- You now come to the home screen where you see the topics created by members.
- At the bottom you see a student hat. Here you will find all the trainings you have access to.
When I click on the link in the weekly email, I come to a page with a 404 message.
If you get this screen, it means the link no longer works and there is now a new kriya of the week. The lessons are still there, you just have to look them up. How to do that is explained below.
Can I also look for a specific kriya or meditation in the Kundalini Yoga Club?
You can. At the top of the menu bar you see a magnifying glass. Click on it. Type in a term or name where you want to search. For convenience, it is convenient to search only on content (these are the classes). You do this by clicking on the other options. This turns off those options.
I get a message that the site is unsafe.
If you are getting this, chances are you are working through an Apple product with an outdated iOS system (anything older than 10 will unfortunately not work). When you update this it should work again. Still having problems? If so, please contact us.
