PERSONAL EXPERIENCE:


As a fourth-year medical student, the stress of rigorous coursework and long hours in the hospital can be overwhelming. In my search for balance, I began exploring various  Kundalini Yoga kriyas, and the kriya for Energy Release has become a pivotal part of my routine. This dynamic sequence has helped me release pent-up energy, enhance my focus, and alleviate stress, making a significant difference in my daily life.


Practicing this kriya has been transformative. The movements, like thigh slaps and calf pounds, energize my body and mind, helping me tackle my studies with clarity and vitality. I've also noticed improvements in my physical health, particularly with the stress I often carry in my knees from long hours of standing.



                                   


Excited about the benefits I was experiencing, I shared my journey with friends in the University . They were intrigued and decided to join me in practicing this kriya. Their gratitude has been overwhelming; they couldn’t thank me enough for introducing them to such a powerful practice. Together, we embraced the challenge of incorporating these kriya into our schedules, through online yoga  classes .


The sense of community within the Kundalini Yoga Club has been invaluable. Practicing alongside my friends not only deepens our connection but also enhances our individual journeys in  Kundalini Yoga. This kriya has truly transformed my approach to both my studies and my well-being, and I am excited to continue sharing its benefits with others.
