The 7-Day Happiness Challenge helps you bring that energy into your daily rhythm.


For seven days, you will practice with a Kundalini Yoga heart-opening set taught by Guru Rattana and other teachers, combined with a special journaling technique for gratitude and happiness shared by Happiness Officer Sandesh.

A simple way to soften the heart, strengthen gratitude, and return to the quiet happiness already within you.
